The nearest train station can be found in Dunfermline, which is a 12-minute drive away. From there, you can catch hourly services to Edinburgh and Glenrothes.

Dunfermline can also be accessed by bus thanks to the half-hourly number 8 line provided by Stagecoach East Scotland from the War Memorial bus stop (a 12-minute walk), taking you to the city centre in 10 minutes. There are also regular services to Glasgow provided by the same company.

 Fife Leisure Park in Dunfermline will be the ideal destination for a day out with the kids, as it offers a wide selection of restaurants, as well as a cinema, a bowling alley, a health club and an adventure golf complex. 

 Those wanting a day out shopping will find many stores to browse at Kingsgate Shopping Centre in Dunfermline, such as a River Island and a Marks & Spencer.

 There is also the Scottish Vintage Bus Museum just seven miles north of Keeleyside View for anyone wanting to discover more about the history of buses, trains and horse trams!
