At Avant, we want to reward all the phenomenal and essential work done by our important key workers across the country. Our way of saying thank you was to create our key worker contribution scheme to make buying a new build even more affordable.
As we try and reward the invaluable efforts from our key workers, we have decided that anyone eligible for the scheme will receive £500 back for every £25,000 spent on their new Avant home, up to a maximum of £12,000.
For example, a home costing £250,000 would qualify for a contribution from Avant of £5,000 towards their new build house.
We have tried to make our key worker scheme for new homes available to as many of you as possible, as we want to continue to reward you for your essential contributions to our society.
If you are employed by any of the following institutions or perform the following job role at the time of you reserving your Avant home (including any Scottish equivalent), then you are eligible for our key worker help to buy offer.
Healthcare
Emergency services
Armed forces and veterans
Public safety and border services
This scheme for key workers is only available on selected developments and properties and can only be used for owner occupied houses.
It is also a standalone offer and cannot be combined with any other Avant offer or scheme.
