Are you, and your new home, eligible for a military discount?
Eligible military servicemen and women will receive a £500 contribution for every £25,000 of their new home.
For example, a home costing £226,000 would qualify for a contribution of £4,500.
Essentially offering, with each of our new build homes, a 2% military discount.
This scheme is available to those serving, or who have served in the army, navy, or RAF.
You will need to provide proof of membership of the armed forces or an armed forces discharge form to be eligible for this offer.
