If you want to buy an Avant home but have a home to sell, don’t worry. Thanks to our My Move Made Easy scheme, we’ll take the trouble of selling your existing home away, making it very easy to move into your new Avant home as quickly as possible!

To do this, we’ll deal with it all: from appointing the right estate agent to getting you the best price for your current property. And that’s not all, because we’ll even pay your fees!

How does My Move Made Easy work?

Since our aim is to get you into your Avant home in a speedy manner, there are seven steps we need to take to make it easy to move you from your old property into your new one:

1. Valuation

We will arrange at least two independent valuations of your current property to arrive at a competitive selling price.

2. Preparation

Once you’re happy with the price of your valuation, the chosen estate agent will take photos and prepare to list your home for sale on the market.

3. Choosing your new home

Now comes the exciting part as you choose your Avant home, and we agree a marketing period to sell your current property.

4. Listing

Your chosen agent will then list your existing house on the market. We will continuously keep tabs on the process to make sure we can get the best price for you and get a sale done as swiftly as possible.

5. Extra help

To help you with your purchase, we will offer you the use of our nominated legal and independent financial advisors.

6. Fees

This is the part where we pay all your selling fees if we find a suitable buyer for your current property, allowing you to then buy the perfect new Avant home for your needs.

7. Moving in

And finally, the best part: you get the keys to your new Avant home, knowing that everything else has been taken care of.
