Avant Homes has been rated 5 stars by our customers in the Home Builders Federation's (HBF) annual customer satisfaction survey!
We are really proud to have been awarded a top rating, with over 90% of customers saying they would recommend us to a friend.
Customer satisfaction award
The National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey is an independent survey commissioned by the Home Builder Federation. This is sent to new build home buyers and asks a series of questions about how happy they are with their home.
The results are validated by Reading University and entirely independent of any builder or builder group.
The National House Building Council (NHBC) and Local Authority Building Control (LABC) operate the survey to gather anonymous feedback.
