I’m Roman, the Group Marketing Assistant at Avant Homes. I have worked at Avant for over 2 years now! Prior to this, I worked at an independent estate agency as a Brand Marketing Assistant and completed an advanced apprenticeship in Digital Marketing.

I love working in the housebuilding industry and genuinely couldn’t imagine working in another sector – it’s incredibly interesting and constantly changing. Day to day, I support the regional marketing efforts of the Sales Teams, I assist with content, website management and help execute our seasonal marketing campaigns.

Outside of work I love travelling and visiting new places, as well as attending festivals and live music events.
