I'm Dan, the Sales & Marketing Director for the North Yorkshire region at Avant. I joined Avant 3 years go, originally starting my career in the new homes industry with Barratt David Wilson in 2008 as a Sales Advisor. I then worked my way up to a Head of Sales role at Berkeley DeVeer, who purchased Avant, meaning I was able to move across to the newly launched Avant North Yorkshire region. 

I lead the regional sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, manage budgets, and ensure sales targets are met. I contribute to pricing and land viability, while ensuring compliance with company policies and the New Homes Quality Code. I also work with other departments, including customer care, to ensure a positive sales journey and strong HBF survey results.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing drums, going to the gym, and mountain biking. I was a professional musician for 8 years before I got into property. I also have a 5-year-old daughter who keeps me very busy.
