Avant Homes: Group Head of Marketing

I’m Alicia, the Group Head of Marketing at Avant. I have worked at Avant for over two years and have worked in the housebuilding industry for over five years.

Housebuilding is a dynamic, fast-paced, exciting industry, and I find it very rewarding to play a small part in helping people find their dream home which is why this sector is close to my heart!

Before working in housebuilding, I held several agency and in-house marketing roles, I also have a degree in Multimedia Journalism from Manchester Metropolitan University.

At Avant, no two days are the same, the Group Marketing department is dedicated to supporting our regions and developments with ensuring we sell our stunning homes to interested buyers, raising brand awareness and managing our marketing channels ensuring we are communicating with our audiences providing strong content to support them on their home buying journey. The team are hardworking, agile, and passionate about ensuring the Avant brand evolves and is appealing to prospective buyers. My time is spent overseeing our marketing strategy, preparing reports, visiting our developments, and working on creative or tech projects to improve our marketing efforts.

In my spare time I enjoy going to concerts, the most recent being The Corrs. I also love visiting National Trust Stately Homes!
