Chris Forster was recognised for North East development Cygnet Park in Killingworth, while Steve Baldwin won the accolade for Fitzwilliam Grange in Huddersfield, with Paul Williams awarded for his Collingsgate development in Coalville.
The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards is one of the most prestigious accolades in the housebuilding industry and prides itself on setting a benchmark for exceptional site managers.
For more than 40 years, the awards has been recognising best practice and rewarding site managers for the unique role they play in giving customers confidence in the quality of new-build homes.
The judges of the awards look for site managers to be consistent in the high standards of workmanship across their development, attention to detail, technical expertise, the ability to lead the on-site team, excellent interpretation and a commitment to efficient health and safety.
Avant Homes chief executive officer, Mark Mitchell, said: "We're dedicated to providing our homebuyers with high-quality homes alongside an exceptional customer journey from the first appointment until after moving in, and our site managers play a critical role in that delivery.
"Chris, Steve and Paul, have shown unwavering commitment to maintaining consistently high standards at their respective developments and to win the NHBC Pride in the Job award is a well-deserved independent recognition."
Avant Homes' winners in the awards were amongst 450 quality award-winning site managers selected from more than 10,000 across the UK. The Pride in the Job winners will now go on to compete in NHBC's Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards this autumn, and the national Supreme Awards in January 2022.
