David Palfreman appointed as head of customer service for East Midlands region

Avant Homes East Midlands has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of a head of customer service to further enable the housebuilder's regional expansion.
David Palfreman, who joins from residential developer Countryside Partnerships, has more than 25 years' experience in the housing industry, having also held similar positions at Redrow and Morris Homes.
In his new role, he is responsible for Avant Homes East Midlands' customer service delivery. This includes overseeing the business's day-to-day customer service operation, supporting and managing customer queries, and also ensuring NHBC standards are met.
Commenting on his appointment, David said: "Avant Homes has strategic direction in terms of implementing its regional expansion plans, so I'm excited to join the business at such a positive time.
"Our team is focused on delivering a best-in-class service to our customers throughout the process of buying one of our homes. I look forward to working with them to ensure a high standard of support is provided, which will help in driving the business forward."
Avant Homes East Midlands has eight live developments ranging from Brailsford to Kettering with many more due to start as the business continues to implement its expansion plans.
