James Leighton Financial Services (JLFS) is an independent panel mortgage broker and has been working with Avant Homes since August 2022 to provide customers with financial advice and guidance during the home buying process.
Its role includes enacting a financial viability check, as a trusted partner JLFS performs due diligence on behalf of, but independent of, Avant Homes to ensure that our customers are financially capable of purchasing a home.
This involves evaluating the customer's financial status and providing free mortgage advice to our customers, so they are best informed about their options.
JLFS also offers continued customer support after a customer has reserved one of our homes.
