Architectural Design Studio (ADS) is unique, stand-alone CGI studio and has been working with Avant Homes since 2017. The company provides high quality photo realistic CGIs for all our new-build developments across Scotland, the North East, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
We use ADS’ CGIs for critical stages of the building process, from submitting and securing planning applications all the way through to the sales cycle.
Not only do the high quality ADS visuals help Avant with planning applications so agents, landowners and local authorities can see the future of the development, but they also help our customers visualise what their homes will look like when once complete.
