Avant Homes
Central has submitted plans to deliver a £90m multi-tenure development
comprising 396 homes in Pleasley, Mansfield.
Called
Stanton Place and located at Pleasley Hill Farm, the proposed 22-acre
development will comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
The development will feature 15 of Avant

The site
will form part of a mixed-use development of up to 850 dwellings across a wider
area, which will also include retail and commercial space.
Avant
Homes Central has also committed to community contributions of around £2.1m
towards the provision of local services, education and healthcare.
If
given the go ahead by Mansfield District Council, work is expected to start on
site in January 2026 with the first residents anticipated to move into their
new homes in September 2026.
Matt

“Stanton
Place is an excellent example of this and will deliver practically designed,
energy efficient homes at a range of price points in order to make them more
accessible. We now look forward to Mansfield District considering our plans for
