Avant Homes releases new range of homes for sale at £43.6m development in Willington, County Durham

Avant Homes North East has released a range of new homes for sale at its £43.6m, 200-home Westward Green development in Willington, County Durham.
Located just off the A690, the development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 15 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices for the newly released homes at Westward Green range from £174,995 for a two-bedroom mid-terrace Askern house type to £229,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Oakwood.
The housebuilder has also released a range of four- and five-bedroom homes. Prices start from £269,995 for a four-bedroom detached Wentbridge to £299,995 for a five-bedroom detached Cookridge house type
The new homes all benefit from Avant Homes’ signature practical design and energy efficiency and selected plots are available with a range of incentives. These include part exchange and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
Of the new homes available, the five-bedroom Cookridge is a great example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver flexible spaces for modern living.
On the ground floor, the Cookridge features an open plan kitchen dining room with modern integrated appliances, a family dining and living space with French doors to the rear garden. The downstairs is completed by an additional living room at the front of the property and a WC.
