Avant Homes releases first-time buyer homes for sale at £31m, 92-home Tranent development

Avant Homes Scotland has released for sale a range of new homes aimed at first time buyers at its £31m, 92-home Thistle Meadows development in Tranent.
Located off Winton Court, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 10 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house styles.
Homes ideal for first time buyers at Thistle Meadows range from the three-bedroom semi-detached Elmwood house style priced from £279,995 and the three-bedroom detached Forres which starts at £299,995.
Additionally, selected plots also come with a range of incentives including up to five per cent deposit paid and integrated appliances and flooring included.
Of the new homes available, the three-bedroom Forres is a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver homes for modern living.
