Avant Homes Scotland has released the first homes for sale at its £9m, 31-new home Craignethan Gate development in Glenboig.
Located off Glenboig Road, the development comprises a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and features six of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house styles.
Prices for the new homes range from £219,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Aberfeldy house style to £367,995 for the four-bedroom detached Kincraig
Of the new homes released, the Kincraig house style is a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver flexible living space.
On the ground floor, the hallway leads into a generous open-plan kitchen area with integrated appliances, as well as a dining area with French doors which go through to the rear garden.
The front of the property features a large living space, which also leads through to the kitchen-dining area. The downstairs is complete by storage cupboard, a WC and a utility room which benefits from an outside door.
Upstairs, the main bedroom comes with an ensuite, while two further double bedrooms and a generous single are served by a family bathroom. The Kincraig also benefits from an integrated single garage.
