Avant Homes releases final eight homes for sale on second phase at Carnethy Heights development in Penicuik

Edinburgh-based housebuilder Avant Homes East Scotland has released the final eight homes for sale on phase two at Carnethy Heights development, in Penicuik.
Located just 10 miles South of Edinburgh in the town of Penicuik, Midlothian the development provides great transport links into the capital as well as local restaurants, shops and cafes within walking distance.
All remaining homes at the development are three and four-bedroom properties with prices starting from £282,995 for a semi-detached Hamilton housetype and £484,995 for a detached Westbury.
Selected homes at Carnethy Heights are available with a package deal offer worth £25,000, which includes a £3,000 mortgage subsidy, LBTT paid, £1,500 paid towards legal fees, flooring throughout the home and turf on the rear garden. Part Exchange offers are also available at the development.
There are only a few Westbury homes remaining at the development, which features four generous double bedrooms, a large designer kitchen, integrated appliances and French doors opening to the rear garden. The property also boasts a double garage, a separate utility room and an open-plan dining and living area.
