Avant Homes North East has released the final five family homes for sale at its £61m, 321-home Summerville Quarter development in Stockton-on-tees
Located off Harrowgate Lane, the development is less than half a mile west of the A177 and offers excellent access into Middlesborough, Durham and Newcastle.
The remaining homes for sale at Summerville Quarter include two three-bedroom detached house types, and three four-bedroom detached homes, ranging from the Ivybridge priced at £229,995 to the Tambridge at £304,995.
The final five homes all benefit from Avant Homes’ signature practical design and energy efficiency. They come with a variety of incentives, which include either part exchange or £10,000 deposit paid, as well as the My Move Made Easy scheme, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
