Avant Homes Scotland has opened a new four-bedroom townhouse view home at its £57m, 167-home Darach Fields development in Robroyston
Located off Daffodil Place, the development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices range from £299,995 for a four-bedroom townhouse Melrose house type to £440,000 for a five-bedroom detached Stirling.
All homes at the development benefit from Avant Homes’ signature practical design and energy efficiency and are available with a range of incentives. These include part exchange, LBTT paid and a five per cent deposit contribution.
