Avant Homes Central has opened a new five-bedroom detached
showhome at its £58m, 250-home Bennerley

development in Awsworth.
Located two miles from Ilkeston town centre on
Shilo Way, the development comprises a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom
homes and features 15 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices range from £219,995 for a two-bedroom
mid-terrace Askern house type to £379,995 for a five-bedroom detached Cookridge.
Avant Homes has a range of incentives on the
remaining plots at the development. These include part exchange, a five per
