Avant Homes North East has released a new range of family homes for
sale at its £24m, 65-home
Copper Gardens development in Ingleby Barwick. Located on
Round Hill Avenue three miles from Thornaby town centre, the development
comprises a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes.
The newly released family homes at Copper Gardens range from £247,995 for a three-bedroom detached Cadeby house type to £474,995 for a five-bedroom detached Coverham.
