Avant Homes launches first family homes for sale at £33.8m, 150-home Rushall development

Avant Homes West Midlands has launched the first family homes for sale at its £33.8m, 150-home Pavilion Acres development in Rushall, Walsall.
Located off Harden Road, the 12.7-acre development comprises a mix of two, three-, and four- bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ housetypes.
Prices range from £237,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached property to £333,000 for a four-bedroom detached house.
All homes at the development are designed with modern living in mind and feature French doors, integrated appliances and kitchens boasting exclusive designs.
