Avant Homes East Midlands strengthens team with three director appointments

Avant Homes East Midlands has strengthened its team with three director appointments to enable the ongoing delivery of the housebuilder's regional expansion strategy.
Tony Clarke and Martyn Pask join as construction director and technical director respectively, whilst Nova Eames has been hired as sales and marketing director.
Tony Clarke has more than 45 years' experience in the construction and housebuilding sectors. In his new role, he is responsible for leading and supporting the region's construction, customer care and development teams.
With more than 23 years' experience in housebuilding, Martyn Pask, who joins from Redrow Homes, will oversee housetype and development design and support the region's land, commercial, construction and site management teams during various stages of build.
Nova Eames, who joins from Persimmon Homes, has 25 years' experience of house selling. She is leading the region's sales and marketing team and is focused on helping and guiding people through the homebuying process.
Avant Homes regional chairman, Mark Cook, said: "These senior appointments will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth plans within the East Midlands.
"Tony, Martyn and Nova all bring a wealth of experience and insight to our business. Working together with them, we will deliver our expansion strategy by making our homes available to more buyers in places people want to live in the East Midlands."
