Avant Homes has announced that three quarters of the 152 homes at its £49.3m Radford’s Meadow development in Micklefield have been sold.

Located between Leeds and Pontefract and within close proximity to the A1 and M1, the development comprises a mix of three- and four-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient family homes.

Prices at Radford’s Meadow range from £299,995 for a three-bedroom detached property to £444,995 for a five-bedroom home.

All remaining properties at Radford’s Meadow benefit from Avant Homes’ spacious downstairs hallways leading through to open-plan kitchen/dining spaces with integrated appliances and classic French doors opening to the rear gardens.

The homes also have additional relax spaces at the front of them along with dedicated utility rooms, large WCs and either an internal garage or off-street parking.

Upstairs, there are generous bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms both with full-height tiling and contemporary sanitaryware.

Interested families can visit the four-bedroom Palmbrook showhome at Radford’s Meadow to see for themselves what the housebuilder has to offer.

Avant Homes also has a range of incentives on selected plots at the development including part exchange offers, £15,000 deposit paid, £3,500 upgrades and flooring included.

Avant Homes North Yorkshire sales and marketing director, Dan Hardcastle, said: “Our diverse range of family homes at Radford’s Meadow have had an outstanding response from buyers, resulting in an impressive 75 per cent of the homes being sold ahead of schedule.

“Micklefield, with its excellent amenities and transport links to Leeds and Pontefract, offers homebuyers at Radford’s Meadow the opportunity to experience the best of both urban and rural living.

“As business, we are committed to providing quality new homes for everyone and creating new communities where we build.

“Radford’s Meadow has become an integral part of Micklefield, and there is currently substantial interest in the remaining homes.

“Prospective buyers should visit our development, have a look around our showhome and discuss with our sales team how we can help make their ideal next move to our development a reality.”
