Avant Homes announces new sponsorship deal with Catterick Garrison under 16s Football team

Avant Homes North East has become this season’s sponsor for Catterick Garrison’s Under 16s boys team.
The housebuilder will be the front-of-shirt kit sponsor for the 2023/24 season for the team, which plays in the Teesside Junior Football Alliance League.
Based at the Catterick Garrison Football Centre on Smuts Road, the team’s pitch lies close to Avant Homes Brompton Mews development.
The centre opened in 2006 and was awarded the status of FA Community Club after demonstrating the provisions quality football opportunities in a safe environment. It has teams for boys aged 4-16 and a non-competitive football group for girls 5-14, as well as open-aged men’s teams.
Commenting on the deal, Catterick Garrison club development officer, Neil Rooney said: “We are very pleased to have Avant Homes as our front-of-shirt sponsor for this season.
“This sponsorship has allowed us to provide our players with a brand new kit for the season ahead, so we are extremely grateful to Avant for its support.”
Located just four miles from Richmond town centre on Cookson Way, Brompton Mews comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and features 11 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Avant Homes North East sales and marketing director, Miranda Parry also commented, saying: “We understand the importance of young people having access to sports in the local community and are committed to supporting this where we can.
“Catterick Garrison Football Centre is an asset for the local area, providing those of all ages the opportunity to play football. It’s a privilege to be able to support Catterick Garrison Under 16s by becoming their shirt sponsor and wish them good luck for this season.
Prices at Brompton News range from £179,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached property to £309,995 for a four-bedroom detached house.
Avant Homes is also offering a Military discount, with those eligible able to claim a £500 contribution for every £25,000 of the purchase price.
