Avant Homes North Yorkshire has announced that three-quarters of the 80 homes at its £21.5m Ambretone Park development in Green Hammerton have been sold.
Located just off the A59 between York and Harrogate, the remaining plots at the development are all four-bedroom practically designed, energy-efficient family homes.
Prices at Ambretone Park range from £459,995 for a four-bedroom Silkwood house type to £484,995 for a four-bedroom detached Penwood house type.
All remaining properties at Ambretone Park benefit from Avant Homes’ spacious downstairs hallways leading through to open-plan kitchen/dining spaces with integrated appliances and classic French doors opening to the rear gardens.
The homes also have additional relax spaces at the front of them along with dedicated utility rooms, large WCs and either an internal garage or off-street parking.
